Rainbow Brite

So long story super short. When me and my fiance worked together I was always coming to work in crazy ass colors on my face. Bright, neon colors. I was ALWAYS online looking up crazy color combos and what some beauty guru on youtube has come up with using bright colors!

Now I own the sleek acid palette(illegal in the US due to a product not approved by the FDA). I bought it via Ebay and didn't have ANY issues getting it shipped to me. Thank god too because my crazy, wild, colorful side craved that palette!

I have NEVER used sleek in my life, its a UK based company. So I never even hear of it till about 9 months ago. And I feel in love and just HAD to have it.

Now I know this isn't a makeup blog but I really feel that its my blog, who says I HAVE to focus on just one thing. Therefore I do not just focus on one thing. I probably never will, unless something major happens and I want to share just that on one blog with the whole world. However, intil then, everything will be posted on my blog!

So back to the point of this.

Its Sunday night and me and the fiance are laying in bed talking about everything we can think of. I started thinking back to when we worked together and the crazy colors I wore. I stopped wearing them once we moved because I was finally meeting his family and getting to know them and was worried I'd freak them out by wearing these crazy, bright ass colors. So I looked over at him and asked him if he missed my crazy, wild, crazy and bright colors. And not so shockingly he said he did. So monday was my FMIL's b-day and we were going to his g-parents house so I wore my crazy makeup. I kept it pretty neat and not so crazy/bright to what I used to wear.

Who doesn't know about Rainbow Brite?

Upon finishing my makeup, I automatically thought to myself 'Rainbow Brite.'
Needless to say my fiance LOVED it. He really had missed that side of me.

It'll take me a while to get back into the swing of it from not doing it for 4 months. I don't wear makeup that often since I don't work, rarely go out(its in the 30s here most days!). But it was nice to wear it again, I didn't realize how much I had truly missed it till last night.

I had yet to get ready yet so excuse my horrible messy hair and shit. I sadly, didn't take any pictures other than after my makeup was done so thats it. Haha.
